Note from Mark:
This year was my first year riding for K2 and it has been an amazing experience. It started when I won the 3rd round of the PG<13 Contest held by K2, which is how I obtained a sponsorship last year. It has given me opportunities I wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. This Year has been crazy! I have placed at tons of competitions, both canadian provincial and national events. I had so much fun shredding on snow with my friends and my club, the Calgary Freeriderz. My coaches Mike Trevor, Mark Slotboom and Brent Callow have taught me so much this past season!  Brent Callow put together an amazing video from the countless hours he spent filming and editing for my season edit! Also, I won a contest for a free camp at momentum ski camps for the Colby West comedy competition. So I am very excited for that as i have never been to a summer camp before.

This year I rode the Revival which was an ideal ski for everything in was doing in the park. Also I skied the Obsethed for when I skied big mountain and it was just the greatest and most versitile ski!

Over all it was been an amazing winter. From contests to traveling with family and shredding in the mountains with friends. It could not have gone better. So I thank you for everything this year. It was an absolute honor to represent K2 on the slopes and I am looking forward to next year!

Cheers,

Mark Hendrickson
